CLASS OF 1982 Code Name: VIPER OFFICER

As with my "Cobra" aka "VIPER" custom, I wanted a more accurate 50th version of the original ARAH Cobra Officer. As explained with my Viper custom, in my Joeverse, the "Blue Shirt" uniforms make up the bulk of the Cobra Legion, yet they are identified by various VIPER codenames. Hence, a Cobra Officer has the Codename of VIPER OFFICER.

This is basically a Dollar General Cobra with the pockets and knife sheath swapped around, and a silver Cobra logo added to the chest. I also added a custom, raised "V" to the helmet.
